The Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville, FL is another 3 star Hotel at 610, Wells Road and is priced at an average $133 per night. A totally Non Smoking Hotel, it is one of the brand new Hotels being constructed and as expected, is very neat and clean with a friendly staff.

The Howard Johnson Inn at 150, Park Avenue is another Hotel with a reasonable Price of an average of $104 per night. Even though the reviews are mixed, the Prime location makes it an easy choice for stay over others.

Also down the road, is the Roadway Inn and Conference Center which is averaged at a very cheap $48 per night but is a 2 star category hotel. Also located at 341, Park Avenue is the Comfort Inn averaged at $72 per night.
