Where to park your car? EverBank together with Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena and the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville are surrounded by more than 6,000 communal on-site parking spaces and 100 handicap parking spaces. Additionally, there are also designated areas for bus and trunk parking to enable easy pick-ups and access to the highways. These parking facilities will open four hours prior to kickoff. Depending on availability, parking is $25 per game in the Sports Complex Parking Garage. However, the parking rates may vary in different games or events. And single game parking passes are available. If you want to purchase such a pass, contact the Jaguars Ticket Office at (904) 633-2000. There are also nearby parking options within walking distance to the stadium. Central Parking System is just one of them. Located at 1 Stadium Place, this parking lot is just 0.2 miles from the stadium. The parking rates are $20 for Jaguars Games, $25 for FL/GA Games and $20 for Monster Truck and Motercross Event. Looking for an alternative to the hassles and high cost of parking on the game day? Take advantage of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA). JTA provides convenient EverBank Field shuttle service along with free parking on game day. Shuttles travel to and from the stadium from several downtown and even suburban locations.

This service starts two hours prior to game time and ends one hour after the game. Extended post-game shuttle service is also available. But you need to catch the shuttle at the Kings Avenue location. Visitors who get on the bus at the Kinds Avenue and Prime Osborne Convention Center will receive a coupon for a free concession item at EverBank Field. If you reach the EverBank Field too early, enter the stadium by the South End Zone (Gates 1 and 4). The South End Zone will open three hours before the game time for access to the Bud Zone, Pepsi Plaza and XPerience Store, located on the West Main Concourse. Ramp Gates 1-4, the Honor Rows and the North End Zone elevator entrance will open 90 minutes prior to the game time. The Touchdown Clubs, Luxury Suites and MPS Group Terrace Suit doors will open two hours prior to knick off.

On the game day, ticket office opens three hours before kickoff and closes at the end of the first quarter.
