The fleet is designed in a trolley style. This kind of transportation is aimed to provide mass transportation in Panama City, Bay County and several parts of Florida. Previously, there were trolley buses that were operational only on Saturdays that too during the peak tourist season.

However, with a surge in demand of these transports, the fleet agencies expanded the service from Monday to Saturday and throughout the year. The buses run from 6 am to 8 pm on these days.
